Wompatuck Criterium Training Race Series / Tuesdays

Rain dates: If Tuesday night is canceled due to weather, the race will run on Wednesday night if the weather has improved. April 18, 25 May 2, 9, 16, 23

The race is run on Tuesday nights at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, MA. Registration opens at 5:30PM. Each race starts at 6:15 PM. Late arrivals can join the race in progress. A valid USA Cycling license is required to race and must be shown prior to start. A license (one-day $10 or annual $75) may be purchased on site. An annual license can also be purchased online at www.usacycling.org . All racers must follow USA Cycling rules. A 2018 rule book can be found at https://legacy.usacycling.org/usa-cycling-rule-book.htm. An approved CPSC bicycle helmet must be worn at all times (Rule 1J1).
The race is open to all categories (1-5). Two fields may be run depending on the number of beginner racers. The entry fee is $15 for all riders except juniors. Juniors (age 18 and under) pay $4. There are no prizes awarded for this event. The distance is 32.5 miles (25 laps).

TD Bank Mayor's Cup
The TD Bank Mayor’s Cup Criterium is a family-oriented celebration that promotes healthy lifestyles and offers a unique professional sports experience. The event is free for spectators.
Now in it's eighth year, the 2016 TD Bank Mayor’s Cup Men's and Women's Races will feature nearly 200 top professional racers, including Olympians and national champions, who will compete for $30,000 in prize money. The Men's and Women's Professional Criteriums are the season's final race of the USA Cycling National Criterium Calendar. The event will also feature USA Cycling amateur categories preceding the pro races.
