The race is run on Tuesday nights at Wompatuck State Park in Hingham, MA. Registration opens at 5:30PM. Each race starts at 6:15 PM. Late arrivals can join the race in progress. A valid USA Cycling license is required to race and must be shown prior to start. A license (one-day $10 or annual $75) may be purchased on site. An annual license can also be purchased online at www.usacycling.org . All racers must follow USA Cycling rules. A 2018 rule book can be found at https://legacy.usacycling.org/usa-cycling-rule-book.htm. An approved CPSC bicycle helmet must be worn at all times (Rule 1J1).
The race is open to all categories (1-5). Two fields may be run depending on the number of beginner racers. The entry fee is $15 for all riders except juniors. Juniors (age 18 and under) pay $4. There are no prizes awarded for this event. The distance is 32.5 miles (25 laps).
