Please join us on Sunday, June 9, 2019 as we celebrate the 11th year of Bicycles Battling Cancer. It will be an incredible day as cyclists and volunteers come together to honor cancer survivors, raise awareness about reducing cancer risk, and raise money to help the American Cancer Society fight the disease. All riders commit to a fundraising minimum of $300 in addition to a low registration fee of $35. Who are you riding for?
Event Overview
The 11th annual Bicycles Battling Cancer ride will take place on Sunday June 9th at the Hillside School in Marlborough, MA. This one-day, fully-supported ride consists of 30, 50, 70, and 100 mile scenic loop routes through central Massachusetts. All routes are fully supported with SAG wagons and fully stocked rest stops including drinks, snacks, first aid support and volunteer bike mechanics. Riders can select their choice of a distance, and each person is required to raise a minimum of $300. The 100 mile ride departs at 7:30am, the 70 and 50 mile rides depart at 7:45am, while the 30 mile ride departs at 11am. (Departure times may be adjusted closer to event date). There will be a post-ride celebration including great food, beer and entertainment upon the return to Hillside School. Participants, family, friends and cancer survivors are invited to celebrate at the finish line to recognize and celebrate the riders' efforts to fight back against cancer!
